I believe in telling your story the right way, so all branding projects begin with a deep dig. I’ll start with a discovery phone call to talk about your business and the story behind it—along with your goals in working together. This is the perfect opportunity to ask questions and see if we are a good fit for working together. We'll have an alignment session where we will chat about your business + your visions and dreams followed by completing our guidebook questionnaire (after signing contract) where your past, present, and future will be discovered, awakened, and blossomed into a beautiful story! Starting with story empowers me to create an exceptional user experience for your customers. Your website will take customers on a journey—answering their questions, addressing their objections, and ultimately positioning you as the solution.

Next, we’ll put together an in-depth brand strategy that outlines your brand’s passion, purpose, and target market, and tells your story, while also researching + analyzing your competition and overall goals so you can stand out from the crowd. I’ll create a branded logo concept with 2 rounds of revisions, along with a wireframe website outline to help us plan out your content and user experience. (A visual mood-board is also included in this step so that we have both a verbal and visual checkpoint before moving forward.) Using the strategic information and inspiration we've gathered thus far, we'll begin concept development. I take a ONE* concept approach when it comes to design, playing with a variety of directions upfront and narrowing down as we go in order to deliver the best solution for your brand. Your concept will be presented through an in-depth PDF proof, where I’ll walk you through the concept.

Next, we'll work through two rounds of refinements/edits by discussing what's working as well as potential opportunities to grow and make the logo concept and site better. My goal is to make sure that what I’m presenting you is the best solution for your business, but I also want to make sure that you're happy with the end result as well.

BRAND Collateral Identity: Depending on what you need, I’ll design your chosen collateral item (choose from business card, notecard, tshirt, hangtag, tote bag, stickers, etc, up to 4 custom icons, or social media template), as well as anything else (print, web, etc.) that you add on. One concept and two rounds of refinement/revision are included for each item. We will then start the website design process.

Once all revisions and design phases are completed and everything is approved, I’ll bring it all together, package it up, and you’ll receive all of the files and tools needed to successfully launch, transcend your brand, and spread love and peace into the world. I’m happy to provide recommendations and facilitate communication with printers, developers, and other creatives if your project continues on after our work is done so that overall brand consistency is carried out successfully across the board.
